Id really like that e6750, as ive had one before, and it greatly rivals any non i7 quad core in gaming performance, although loses only slightly to the e8xxx series in gaming. I want it, and will try to find the money for it.

I began a claim through Paypal and he states that I payed for a "virtual service" of some sort, not for goods, but they informed me that because the payment was for goods, he has to provide tracking. He should be contacted and our PM's reviewed. He does not respond to PM's even though he has logged in.

Please advise,
Randy

Here is what he told Ppal, as if I need help with IT:

3/24/2009 13:03 PDT - PayPal: Seller escalated this dispute to a Claim.

3/24/2009 13:03 PDT - Seller: The buyer is making a fuss to get his virtual item for free. He is claiming no tracking information has been sent when it was not necessary in the first place. The account information he purchased was emailed to him right after the first transaction and the deal was completed for his computer system revival. I did not notice at the time although when we buyer sent the money he attempted to make it look as if he was buying a computer system when he was purchasing a service. The first time I attempted to request money I did at as a service he declined and I did not think much about it because he re sent the money after he did the send money request to make it seem as if he was purchasing something entirely different. Quite a clever trick I did not unfortunately notice until now.

3/24/2009 12:22 PDT - Buyer: The seller has not provided shipping details /tracking info as promised, and is avoiding response to messages that I am aware he has received.

This afternoon he quickly tried to remove the item listing from this thread but I had the mods restore it - and it appears there now.

Here is a clip from our PM coversation about the request for services payment:

Hey,
the payment request is for service. It has to be for goods and described with what you have in the deal, including the monitor. Sorry, that's the only way I can do this.

Randy

instead of my sending the invoice how about you sent it the way you want i didnt mean to make this complicated for you

It's not really complicated. It's just if I pay on a service, there is no recourse if the items don't show up. Payment is sent. Please send me the shipping info today - along with your address.

Anyone with any additional info on him please PM me.

If you see, most scammers have very a very low post count. To fix this, all that has to be done is not only a 14 day grace period, but also atleast 400 posts.
