Hi guys!
I opened and advance rma with WD cause my 74gb raptor just died! The rma was created on the 20th may. The rma status says a new raptor drive was shipped on the 25th may and till now I am stil lwaiting for it to arrive!
I live in malta (europe) and wondering where the heck and why the new drive is taking so long to arrive!
I don`t know from which country the new drive is shipped europe or usa?
My RMA label says I have to ship back my defective drive to germany so I can only think the new raptor is shipped from germany aswell considering i live in europe!
The frustrating thing is that i cannot track my drive! WD ships the drive via UPS and when I click to track my drive from within the rma status page i get this error on the ups web tracking site: >>> UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request. Verify your information and try again.
anyone has got this same experience like me?
also anyone know how to contact rma support in europe? directly by email (no the wd support cause it is very slow to get feedback)
