Navi 31 - Odd stats. Where is 2.51.5?

I noticed my GPU-Z 2.51.0 readout of the 7900 XTX is quite different to the one shown in TechPowerUp reviews using 2.51.5

Apart from missing detail, bios etc the readouts for ROPs/TMUs, fill rate memory bandwidth are wrong.

Where can one get their hands on this magical GPU-0Z 2.51.5?
