need advice on what heatsinks (need advice for 2 rigs)

I need advice on what heatsink to get for one of my rigs its a Celeron D 3.3ghz in a Micro ATX Emachines case i will NOT be overclocking i just want to replace it because i can't sleep in the same room when its on and temps are too hot (52-60c idle) If needed i can take a pic of the inside of the case. I was looking at the Xigmatek HDT S963 but not sure if it would fit. If it won't could someone place recommend a somewhat cheap heatsink that will?

if you into the Xigmatek line everyone loves the s1283, its almost $10 more but can preform as good as a True. How cheap of a HS are you looking for? Cooler master has some cheap models.

Maybe search the FS threads for a cheapie.
