Need help overclocking i5 6600k

Hey guys. I have built my new Skylake (net) machine and im trying to dabble in overclocking but it seems that no matter what I do, no matter what voltage I put the CPU at (gone up to 1.4 just for testing) it seems to fail shortly after starting prime95. I am also having issues with heat despite having an AIO water cooler on it. And the volts I push doesn't seem to matter in regards to temp. I literally fluctuate between 70*C-100*C. I ran prime the other day at 4.3GHz for 8hrs 30min with no errors in Prime. But when I got home from work I decided to try and fix the heat issue by reapplying thermal paste, reseating CPU, and my rear fan was being used as intake instead of exhaust so I fixed that as well.

I haven't really had to overclock anything since end of 2011 when I got my 2500k so I am a fair bit rusty on what settings I need to change in the bios. If anyone can help out it would be appreciated.

Also, the back of the computer case where the exhaust fan/rad is for the CPU seems to be really warm. Playing WoW last night @ 4.3GHz the temps were about 50-55*C and the back of the case was really warm to the touch. I don't recall having that issue with my 2500k.

Windows 10 x64 is my main OS.

Really its still, CPU multiplier and voltage. Done... unless you benchmark then other stuff may be worth tweaking.

What AIO do you have? Where is it located in that case? What are ALL the fans doing(airflow)?

See that's what I thought it was too. Ive tried playing with the base clock too with little success so far.

AIO as listed in system specs is a Corsair H60. Rad is on the rear exhaust fan in the back of the case. Top fan is exhaust, two side fans are intake and front is intake. All fans turn to High for better airflow.

H60 is the single rad one, right? Make sure the pump is at 100%? At stock speeds it shouldn't reach 100C, that is for sure.

Single rad, yes. It's not at stock speeds that it gets to 100*C. Thats under 100% load using prime95. Idle it's around 30*C and in WoW (only game ive tested so far) it's about 50-55*C.

Just because its under load doesn't mean it isn't at stock speeds...load has nothing to do with the clockspeed (unless you are thinking turbo or something).

Try running AIDA64 or an older version of P95 that doesn't have the AVX instructions, etc.

CPUz shows it's not running stock speeds.
