Hey guys I just pre-ordered the 1080 TI this morning and I'm looking to put together a new build for it.

My budget is around $1000-1200 range.

Please post some ideas

Honestly, I would wait another year before you upgrade. Your CPU is still pretty decent. And 16GB RAM is more then enough for the current games.
I don't know if you use both screens for gaming. But if you only use one, you'll be able to play all games at max settings at 1080p.

I'm also picking up a 4k monitor, do you think I'll be able to run games at 4k 60fps?

At 4K resolution the CPU does not affect graphics performance that much...

In that case the GTX1080Ti is a good upgrade.

Benchmark Scores Faster than yours... I'd bet on it. :)
Id be sure you are overclocking that Ivybridge to get the most out of your 1080Ti, even at 4K if you are going to wait...I'd imagine a glass ceiling of some sort in some titles even at 4K at stock.

If you are looking to buy for a gaming rig and don't need the cores for productivity. With that budget I'd look at 7700K, a Z270 Mobo and 2x8GB DDR4 3200 CL15. If you want to save some cash and get comprable, but a bit less performance in some titles, go Ryzen 1800X, 370 based motherboard, and 2x8GB DDR4 3000.

I also plan on doing video editing, and some streaming as well along with gaming. Any recommendations on 4k monitors?

Not really much upgrade path other than spending on a Socket 2011-3 Intel HEDT or going on an AMD Ryzen. Going from 3770K to a Skylake or Kabylake is a waste of money.

Stay on the 3770K.
If you get a 1080Ti, make sure to update your motherboard bios to latest version first before plugging in new card.

If you want to stream go for a Ryzen or 6800K with respective top boards (Asus for example).

3000 or 3200 DDR4 with 2x8 for Ryzen and 4x4GB or 4x8 GB for Intel (Gskill for example).

That said I'd go for Ryzen, has simply the newer platform and 2 more cores for the same price. But don't expect Ryzen to function like a well established Intel system from the get go. it needs some time.

Your i7 paired with powerful GPU and 16 GB RAM will be enough for 4K, but if you plan playing and real-time streaming on the same PC, I recommend Ryzen 7 1700X / 1800X or Xeon E5 2690v4 if you can afford such system.
