Recommended system requirements:

Operation system: Windows XP/Vista/7/8 64-bit

..it looks like that HP Pavilion should do well. My work computer has a very low power AMD E1-1200 processor (a notebook processor) and it actually does quite well for 3D workloads despite being low power and very inexpensive.
The only potential issue I see is that World of Tanks is asking for a 2.2 GHz processor at minimum, although they don't specify what kind of processor. I'm assuming that single-threaded performance is what they're looking for (so having a dual or quad core won't help much, but will help a little). Processor clock speed isn't the only factor in how fast a processor is though. Some processors are more efficient than others (can do more work at the same clock speed), so if they mean a 2.2 GHz Pentium 4, the efficiency of the AMD processor should make up for the slower speed and it should do well.

In a nutshell though, AMD APUs have very good graphics cards for the price. The processor speed isn't super fast, but should do okay. The only experience I've had with World of Tanks is cleaning it off a computer the boss brought in to me (Pentium 4, GeForce 520 or something), but if that thing could run it, that laptop would. I would expect it to do at least medium settings.

thnx for reply guys..,i think that vaio is more expensive then 410€?!?
