NVIDIA Settles Class-Action Lawsuit Over GTX 970 Memory

Man,everyone is free to do what LIKE'S!

Is a free world,OR u not KNOW :D

For me tech, gym and life is important,GG

Nobody is taking that away from you. However, I simply prefer not to see shirtless male body on a tech forum. Simple.

I will just put you on ignore.. your perspective on things drive me up a wall anyway. To see you posing without a shirt as your avatar pushed me over the edge. Peace.

That avatar... LOL

He, quite obviously, folds. ;)
i thought of that, but wouldnt amd be a better choice for such a venture? unless there is something im missing..

Addressed, yes. Power draw from the socket was limited to 75W, but the card can still draw more than 75W from the PCIe connector (and does so by default). So it's still a card that uses over 150W, being sold as a 150W card.
As I say, both teams are at it but I wouldn't worry about paying a few pence more for electricity each year nor the card damaging any non-shit motherboard.

First of all, how dare you try to defend Nvidia. This was settled in court showing the crippled card had an issue, and the people won. Why would you argue against a courts findings?

I'm not sure you are aware, but a legal settlement is not a "win" by either side. It's effectively a compromise to avoid a costly legal battle and not involve a judge.

Does anyone happen to have a copy of the GTX970 Claim form?? the Class action page isnt allowing Downloads, and I JUST got my notice tonight, and its 23 days until the filing deadline, luckily i have a Fax machine, but I have 2 970's , and surely would like the $60....thanks in advance if you have one.
