nice OC. 4.2ghz on only 1.264 volts seems to really low, especailly for a pent D. I could be wrong though, I never had a pent D.

i hit 5ghz bench on pentium d but with AC in the case LOL nice job mate ,though core2duo @2.2 is faster than pentium d @4.2!!!!!!

depend on the hardware/ setting/ heat and so
i guess for 4gig on stock hsf its pretty nice

Nice OC on the P4, and the system will be able to play most games okish at medium settings i would think? But Honestly its no better then what an AMD 939 system would of been performance wise even at near stock clock settings back then.

A P4 needed to be clocked at 4.1GHz to match AMD's FX-57 @2.8GHz.

EDIT: im also surprised on the temps, i find it a bit hard to believe, most P4's ive seen run hot, even at idle ive seen over your load temps. Try another program?

Hmmm fair enough, must of got a good CPU then, well done :)

mine hit about the same using a ECS P4M800 and PD 930 nothing really special...all PD's clocked like P4's

lol ^

umm I would't trust those temp sensors theres no way that can be right ...

hey can u get a good temp monitor for pentium d that you would trust
Real Temp, Speed fan, Cpu thermometer Doesn't support pentium d
