Ikenai borderline!
Phishing scams are the internet version of natural selection. They're so obvious that only the most gullible fall for them. I honestly don't understand how such people function in ordinary society.

The biggest phishing scams I get now are at work from clever people in corporate IT tring to test the employees.

Didn't realize Biden signed up for this :shadedshu:
LOL , neither did he.

AT&T my wireless carrier does a pretty good job of screening spam/malicious calls though at least for me.
I get quite a few from my carrier. Blocking seems to work but also not answering the phone has been the most successful strategy for me so far.

I've only been seeing them on my work email. All of the ones I've seen appear to come from compromised email addresses from other companies.

It's nice being in a company where I can directly contact the head of IT to get it taken care of.

Probably it's region specific. I'm getting as much as I usually do. What I started getting more is death threats from people I don't know confusing me with a similarly named bozo.

Nah, my name is elaborately Arabic and so is that one's one. Yet he has connections to either ISIS or Al Qaeda, or some shit, and I'm just a puny civilian.

Both phone calls and email phishing attempts have noticeably increased lately.
My elderly father has contacted me asking if some of the ones he's getting are legit. I hope these scammers die in a fire.

Any time i order things from amazon, ebay etc i use a slightly altered version of my name and constantly get emails text messages and robocalls for that name.

My brother had his amazon account hacked and his credit card drained despite not using the account for months - these sort of hacks and scams are increasing just because they're easier to automate as time goes by.

Yes. I've got an increasing number of calls from unknown numbers. I never take them, though. If somebody wants something, they can leave a message. Otherwise, they can sod off. ;)

No increase in phone calls but scam texts and E-Mails have jumped up quite a bit for me.

Good thing is I know what to look for and deal with it as needed.
Considering the time of year it is I'm not suprised and it's even expected.

That is a good idea. I used to get far more calls than I do now, but I don't generally answer my phone unless I am expecting a call or I know the number.
