Ok so my computer and my tv are on total other sides of the house. Id like to be able to have my computer screen with a seperate keyboard and mouse available on my TV without moving my computer or building another computer. Is there any hardware like a slingbox type device that could make this possible? It would have to be HD and have sound output so the TV could play the sound also. IF you have an answer for this u ROCK!

Well... you could always drag long cables across your house for video and sound, then hope your wireless keyboard/mouse have enough range.

Do a Google search for wireless KVM, I think it's what you're looking for

Wireless KVM might be a good idea. although that needs power, so it's not truly wireless. i don't think there's a way of wirelessly transmitting a PC video signal - i could be wrong. the easiest way is to route cables from end to end, it might turn out to be cheaper than buying tech. though for keyboard and mouse that's not practical.

Yes, you can do that with an Xbox360. However, the video you play must use a codec that is supported by the Xbox.
