Problem with RAM ddr2 1066 help

I just did memtest86 V4.0 recently and it passed twice without errors. I used 5-5-5-15 at 1066 with max voltage during the test as well as setting below. But I still crash, randomly. So I guess there is nothing wrong with the ram.

DRAM Volts: 2.1 - I tried the ctrl + f1, still would only let me go to 2.1.
NB: 1.3V

its possible the memory controller in the CPU just doesnt like it - an incompatibility between that and your ram. Might as well stick at 800 with lower voltages.
