To those who had vanguard block throttlestop in the past, today's vanguard update has fixed the problem.

I can confirm this, with throttlestop and valorant running together:

If you wish to go back to playing valorant, simply update the game and it will now work!

If Riot really wants to stop cheating, it must be done on the hardware-level (secure code execution in the GPU/CPU).

I have updated valorant to the newest release, throttelstop still won't open for me. Does it still work for you? Did you have to update Vangurad itself or just Valorant? Also what verison of throttlestop are you on?

I’m running throttlestop 8.70, and yes, it is currently working for me. Strange... try uninstalling BOTH vanguard and valorant, and reinstalling valorant. Remember to restart your PC once you do. Valorant should have automatically updated your vanguard, but it may have failed to do so, so the best option is to reinstall completely. If it still doesn’t work for you, send me a picture/video of what happens when you try to open throttlestop. Good luck!

I uninstalled valorant and vanguard. I still can't open it. Can't open WinRing0.dll. It seems like a windows or windows defender issue cause I don't have any other antivirus. Can I ask what version of windows you are on?
Edit: Nevermind, It was a windows defender issue, I fixed it. Thanks for your reply.
