Hai just build pc for my little syster, this is not my first build so i now hot to build one, but i have small problem, even though i already shut down the windows, the rgb light from fan, ram and aio wont turn off, psu fan also running, it will stay on until i turn off the psu switch, if i swith the psu power again it will light up even i did not press power button.... Any body has experience this problem, appriciate if you share and solution... Thank you

Normal... Standby voltages are enough to illuminate ARGB.

I am unsure of what you mean about the PSU also running. If you mean just lights, no big deal.

Does the motherboard UEFI have ERP Mode option?

If so, turn it on.

What i meant is the fan in the psu is on when i switch the psu power on, it should not happen unless i press the pc button on

That is unusual.

Indeed. Sounds like a short of some sort.

Could be something as simple as a bad case switch to a faulty PSU. It needs to be sorted in my opinion.

I always tell my little sis

My advice is to build with as few parts as possible, outside of the case. See what shakes. More times than not a short is case related in wires or standoffs.

This is her pc..... All pink

I think this is a windows 10 problem with FastBoot, also, go into power settings and verify what the settings are for the power button.

Is it actually powered off or sleep?

Powered off shutdown from windows,

Correct me if i am wrong does it onky applies on usb?
If it was really off you would not be getting power to anything. Thus you you're getting power from somewhere. How are your leds wired up? To the mb or a controller? Are you sure its not actually asleep??

Not... If i turn on the psu switch the fancase rgb turns on, and sometime the ram argb too

Clearly its getting power when it shouldn't. Now how's this all hooked up?

I dont have an ARGB board to confirm, but I wouldnt be surprised if the argb is on the USB chip.

The fan powered by molex, but strage thing even my ram light up also. The fan rgb only but it does not spin

Tonight i will try to look at the wiring again..... See if i miss something

I would check the Power Switch (Power SW) poles and location on the motherboard, just in case.
Edit: I would also check for what the power button is used, should be shutdown by default, but you never know, it may be changed by some power plan.
You can check it here: Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options\Choose what the power button does

i think you have a dead PSU then or the fan connection in the PSU has disconnected, do you have another PSU you could try to rule it out ?. the 12v rail could of gone because its giving out 5v that runs usb/rbg ect.
