Crap, Bogmali and Don beat me to both motherboards. I was actually thinking of snapping both up. Maybe if you boys are upgrading a currently used mobo, shoot me a PM. I need something P965 or better.

Yeah, they're still here.

THe board works fine, but has foam on the bottom, or remnants of where foam was peeled off, this board was used in a project "Phase change on a cheap board and e8600" the board was ran at about 520FSB for about 20 mins. A couple of months later i threw the Socket 775 P4 in it and put it in my fileserver, had the P4 at 3.9ghz 24/7 in it.

to answer your question, yes the board works fine.

Its a version 8, and its the tiny wire that connects to the board inside that's lose. I would have soldered it, but im not steady enough for that

the version 8 wont take the full ddwrt if thats what you're thinking about, i had the micro on it for a while.
