Thanks, flashed the bios and still have the problem: https://github.com/miyconst/Mi899/issues/117If you need to flash the BIOS, I'd recommend looking at Miyconst's database. I can't say for sure, but there is a good chance that it includes the BIOS file you need. The M9 is not included in the list, but most Chinese X99 motherboards are sold under multiple different names, and there may be a BIOS for the same motherboard with a different name which would work.

Flashing the BIOS might not be necessary though, if you're able to go into the BIOS (using your GT 710) and find a setting to enable UEFI boot mode. You may need to reinstall Windows for UEFI to work after doing this.
I think this is UEFI mode but not works.have CSM disabled, secure boot enabled and fast boot enabled

This is the original bios of the 580How to disable UEFI for legacy only boot on recent AMD Radeon GPUs
Hello, Recent AMD GPUs have a hybrid ROM which contains two images: A legacy video BIOS (vBIOS) image and a compressed graphics output protocol (GOP) driver image. In theory this allows the card to work well on both legacy systems (which will use the vBIOS image) and more modern systems with a...winraid.level1techs.com
