Hi all and thanks for accepting me to the forum, I have a Qiyida x99 M9 motherboard but not recognize my rx 570 video card. Any help to solve this problem?
With a gt710 works well

Thanks.

All the best.

Please fill out your TPU System Specs so we know what hardware we are talking about - to include the power supply (are you sure you connected all the required power connections?).

Full system specs please. Include Bios revision.

motherboard: Qiyida x99 M9
processor: xeon 2630 v4
ram: 16GB 2400mhz
m2 ssd and 3 hard disks
Bios version I don't know
OS: Windows 10 updated.
power supply: EVGA 750

Found your thread on LTT. Put it down to the 570 not being compatible with the chinesium bios. Other people have had issues running the same card on older more legacy non-uefi setups.

I found this short guide on reddit. Might not fix your problem given the chinesium bios but its probably your best chance at getting the 570 working. If it doesnt work then all i can do is suggest you find an older card that was released in the X99 era or one that still has a legacy bios installed.

Not a whole lot you can do otherwise. You have a chinesium product. They are going to have issues.

I have CSM disabled, secure boot enabled and fast boot enabled. When attach the rx570 the motherboard makes a sound, 5 beeps and another sound.

- Perform Clear CMOS or just remove the battery about a minute
- Insert GPU until fully reseated with a screw and screwdrivers and tighten enough
- Repeat those steps until monitor get a signal

you put review on this one?
here

could be some incompatibility, and you may not find any bios update to fix that

If you need to flash the BIOS, I'd recommend looking at Miyconst's database. I can't say for sure, but there is a good chance that it includes the BIOS file you need. The M9 is not included in the list, but most Chinese X99 motherboards are sold under multiple different names, and there may be a BIOS for the same motherboard with a different name which would work.

Flashing the BIOS might not be necessary though, if you're able to go into the BIOS (using your GT 710) and find a setting to enable UEFI boot mode. You may need to reinstall Windows for UEFI to work after doing this.

Thanks, flashed the bios and still have the problem: https://github.com/miyconst/Mi899/issues/117

The original bios are x99-D4

have CSM disabled, secure boot enabled and fast boot enabled
I think this is UEFI mode but not works.

I think this is UEFI mode but not works.

Probably not but is there an option to switch to legacy mode in your x99 bios?

Like I said. Chinesium product. Youre going to have to work around it to make it work or buy a board made by a more mainstream/reputable company if you really want to use your 570.

Its one or the other, you cant have both unless there is big community support behind it making custom bioses.

@Silencio
Which brand RX570 do you have? Maybe a different vbios can solve your problem?

I flashed the bios again and put in CSM UEFI mode, now with my gt710 I can't see the post/bot sequence. But the rx570 still no works.

well, I will be use it with the gt710
Thanks to all.

I bought a Jxz Radeon Rx580 (2048sp) hope this card works well.

All the best.

Finally, I put for sale the Chinese motherboard, the new graphics card not work with the board. I back to my Athlon build and everything works good.

Can you make a picture of the PCB of the graphics card?

I found this topic, but I don't understand how to modify correctly the bios.

This bios has no uefi support. Try at own risk:

You need to force flash it most likely.

Successfully flashed, now I will test with the Chinese board.

Back to the original saved bios because the Chinese motherboard not recognize the video card.

Well, thanks to all.

All the best.
