This specific RAM should be the cause of all of your problems since Corsair doesn't like Ryzen CPUs.
Not true always.
We’ve seen incompatibilities with other brands too and also some perfectly running systems with Corsair kits

@HD64G
did you actually care to read? on stock/default its running fine, so ..

all rigs i build since the 2nd gen had no problems running corsair, including my current kit.
ignoring that all corsair kits that can do 3600C14 or 4000 and above (DDR4), are ALL bdie (grade) or equivalent.
so bdie ram is crap?
what utter baloney.

if you dont like them, fine, just dont post ignorant stuff like this.
Regarding ignorance, you failed to understand what I wrote. Corsair RAM need special-not the usual settings to run at higher than stock speeds. That only means bad compatibility with Ryzen CPUs. If that isn't the case here, then a faulty RAM dimm is possible also if not tested already.

So guys what i've did, I did another test and

I put the D.O.C.P on at 3600MHZ then I put down the Ram at 3200MHZ, I increased VSOC at 1.15 and everything else was on default that's the results:

No Error detected with 3200MHZ RAM turned ON, literally listened to this guy

@Mussels

WHAT THE FUCK WOULD I DO WITHOUT YOU GUYS?! Thank you so much, Tried a game of Dota 2 didn't see any stutter, i really am happy that I found this community with good people who help each other, THANK YOU!!

1.15v is what I use for 1900 1:1, can you get by with say 1.125v? 1.15 doesn't hurt anything, but it will make your CPU a little warmer.

Does 1800 1:1 work with 1.15v?

Yeah you can try this for 1600 and maybe work the way up to 1800.
1.144 Vsoc is what I also use for 1800

And if you are interested to get to know some basic things for your system...
Here:

Untitled_50.png

MCLK: Speed of DRAM (MemClock)
FCLK: Speed of InfinityFabric (FabricClock)
UCLK: Speed of MemoryController (UMC_Clock, Unified Memory Controller)
On a Zen2/3 based system those 3 frequencies should always run at same speed for best(lowest) latencies between Cores-SoC data transfer.

Vsoc: SoC (IOD) voltage
CLDO VDDP: UCLK voltage
VDDG CCD: FCLK voltage (core side)
VDDG IOD: FCLK voltage (SoC side)

This is your CPU under the hood

1705197010241.png

The 2 smaller dies are the 8+8core CCDs with their L1/2/3 cache.
The bigger die is the SoC-IOD (I/O Die, Input/Output) where memory controller (UMC) is located along with other like PCI-E, some USB controllers and more. (SoC: System on Chip)
There is an interconnection between all 3 chiplets called InfinityFabric (IF) or DataFabric (DF).

Feel free to ask more

It is a silicon lottery. Some need 1.25V to run four sticks as a norm. There is nothing you can do about it. Some are good even using unstable system also, thus the data points you see in the internet should be taken with a bucket of salt.

Best is to look up what others do for timings, there is this spreadsheet, so no philosophy is need. Look at your motherboard and RAM examples. Figure out patterns.

You are the first person to have said that to me, quite extreme soc numbers.

You are free to look at the OC boards I linked, rarely who does 4 sticks ether way. Some older sticks with shit boards and very unlucky memory controller and you might need it. Imho some motherboards do set it on auto during early AM4/Zen3 days.

I have been running 4 sticks across my 3 Zen 3 parts since Zen 3 came out, never had a single problem with 4 sticks. When someone recommends trying 1.2v, it is usually to break 2000fclk, not to run some shit ram that is not certified to run on a platform.

Anyways, link doesn’t work for me on my phone, but it says Zen 4 so.. not what we are talking about here.

Guys the issue persisted even after I said it's not doing anymore after a bit it started again but I think I know the problem now,

So when I'm playing a game like COD DMZ or Dota 2 while playing it the temperatures in the cpu hits at 60C and that's when it starts to stutter, very weird this cpu is supposed to handle 60C so what I did enabled the TPU 1 and the cpu now is at 4.0ghz the temp when I play the games now stay at 44C but no stuttering as well now no matter what games i play the temps of the cpu stay around 44-50 MAX but no stutter at all, tried it turned TPU off it went to 60C again and started to stutter again

Might this CPU be faulty?

Could be, but it might be something that cant keep up with the CPU's high frequency or maybe a power issue...
60C is nothing for these CPUs with 90C max operating temp.

You're using some brand I've never heard of, so maybe.
It lags also as soon as it hits 60C , when I do rendering CPU works fine and fast like is supposed too, 4K rendering videos my cpu goes to 65C but its rendering super fast and no issues no nothing, the freezings only happens like once in 4 - 5 days. It just when I be playing games and like using the browser while playing games and it hits 60C - 65 C starts to stutter and like I can tell that is laggy just can feel it, this CPU supposed to work like fast as is it now when the temps are at 45C.. how do I know forsure it's a CPU or Powersupply fault? I did every test like OCC, passed the test of CPU, Prime95 I left it for like an hour but It did hit 70C and while it was doing the test I was moving the mouse it was laggy so I don't know if that was supposed to happen, like mouse running slow and pc running slow under the test of PRIME95 or OCC as well or is it supposed to work just fine while it's doing the test as well? I mean in the test cpu is at 100% so I think it's normal to lagg at that time even tho the temps are at 75C
Very weird... fuckin suffering here!

I don't think it has to do with the temps because my temps are like 81 at cinebench full load and VRM'S also are good, when I play games the temp stays around like 57C so it's all fine about that
and I do own like monitors 240hz
like i've said in the beginning when I build this pc everything was fine nothing was wrong with it but now lately it started to show this issues
81c is the thermal limit for the CPU where its throttling.

Notice the vagueness to these answers? Without actually KNOWING for sure, they're meangingless and why you're not finding the answer. You dont have software readings on your VRMs.

You should not have any Bluetooth files in your windows dir, only drivers. I never heard of such a bug considering I do sfc on dozens of different devices each day. Thus I can always notice when WU has messed up something again also.

OP:
Try different OS. Simple as that. You can try some older insider, not the latest, as those are utter broken stutter mess also currently. Also a razer user, uninstall all chroma modules in it. They conflict with windows kernel currently.
... a driver is still a file, you know. It's a known bug in 22H2.

What is "TPU 1"

It's a BIOS setting, but only you can tell us what it's actually done. Odds are it's lowered your PBO settings and reduced the power draw stabilising things.

No it's not your PSU, your CPU, or anything else - it's the motherboard and BIOS settings seemingly pushing things too hot for your cooling.

A Bluetooth file and a Bluetooth driver binary are usually different things. Can you point out to a M% source regarding this issue?

Bro could it be because of thermal paste leaked into actual cpu ? because I just remembered I had to send the pc to a shop to mount my cooler one more time and before that everything was running smooth and fine and I remember he took off the cooler didn't even cleaned the old thermal paste he put a whole lots of cheap thermal paste into my thermal paste and since then I've been fked after few days what I've did I open it up cleaned the thermal paste and repaste it again but still same but I was scared to reseat the cpu to take it off and clean it all because I am just a beginner but now what I've read to some old threads here I saw people having same problems fps dropping in the second and they figured out the thermal paste leaked into actual cpu after cleaning it up they got it all right pc was working just fine!! what would you suggest me? should I open it up and take off the cpu and clean it all with ethanol it's all I have because we don't have isopropyl alcohol in my country if not ethanol and that ethanol that I have is mixed with water i think but with what would you suggest me to clean it?! because i think that's the issue for sure because even on the menu of the simple games like Dota 2 or CSGO it stutters - lags like hell and all of the guys who got leaked thermal paste into cpu it happened same thing with them. Please let me know what should I use to clean it properly because for Isopropyl alcohol I couldn't find anywhere in my country

Did you try with a fresh windows 11 pro install? With your graphics card it could be the Powersupply that cant handle spikes in powerdraw when gameing. The Isopropy alcohol should be possible to get at your local cemist - makeing your own delution with water seems very wrong.

So hello guys, back again with another problem!

I just got this PC , all parts brand new

ASUS ROG STRIX B550 - F GAMING WIFI II - MOTHERBOARD
CORSHAIR VENGEANCE - 32GB - 3600 MHZ
CPU: 5950X
COOLER: DEEPCOOL LS720
GPU: RTX 6800

and all of a sudden I started to recognize that my mouse is freezing out of nowhere only when i move it around of desktop it doesn't do it for a long time but its like 1 sec 2 and it happens every 2-3 hours prob but , then i have this issue in games also as well like microstuttering fps drops in a second then bounces back, exactly like this video down here:

Very confusing..

It was working all good and then just it started to show this issue out of nowhere,

When I do the benchmark the score of cinebench goes up to 28K and the temperatures are all fine as it comes to CPU! I also did the update of the bios when i put all the parts together so the bios is all fine the latest one!
The ram is in D.O.C.P, I tried to put it manually put down the mhz to 3200 from 3600 still the same.

GPU temps all fine - gpu seems to work all good
I installed every GPU driver after wiping it twice from the beginning all the right ones same
Installed the CHIP drivers any driver in the MB site all good the latest..
I tried to update every driver - did a fresh install after cleaning the disk twice - tried without any app installed - still the same...
I did a Ram Memory test to find any problem ... and still nope nothing coming up all fine!
I also run two monitors Alienwares 27 both of them 240hz, I turned off the SYNC - Turned ON still the same

I never reset CMOS tho but that's what I heard might fix the issue, but some of them people say that' didnt fix the issue as well, and I doubt it but im going to try..

This got me very confusing because it was working all great and i actually was very happy with every part of it but yeah shit happens so I just want to know is there anything else I could do to try to fix this shit - or is it a cpu problem or should i return something...

Thank you, I would appreciate your help!
maybe 5800X3D is better choice for GAMING...

Just cleaned everything made it shiny brand new and then i've put thermal paste again grizzly hydro the temps changed only 1C in Cinebench! I'm getting a score of 27850 ... Nothing still same stutters same shit ! I guess it's the VRM's, I regret buying this shitty board.. will try a new one soon and see how it will go

It’s not the board. I still point my finger at your ram. Guys act like 58X3D is the only chip that can play games ..
