Hello!

Are there any way to install DTS Sound Unbound without Microsoft account? I used drivers pack made by MoKiChU, but pack don't have DTS Sound Unbound itself. Install drivers only (this one: dtsapo4ultraAsusextensionpkg.inf) and give link to download it from Microsoft Store. When i press "Get" - it ask for Microsoft account. Other stuff didn't ask for it (like Realtek Audio Console, Sonic Studio 3 and Sonic Radar 3).

My motherboard is ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Dark Hero (Realtek ALC1220) and current driver version is 6.0.9499.1. So, if i select only DTS Sound Unbound to be installed, will it rewrite something else?

SOUND BLASTER X-FI MB5 REPACK INSTALLER UPDATED!

NEW DCH DRIVERS RELEASED IN GITHUB
HD AUDIO DRIVER VERSION UPDATED TO 6.0.9499.1
USB AUDIO DRIVER VERSION UPDATED TO 6.3.9600.2345
MORE DETAILS IN GITHUB
Totally Reworked Driver Pack

ATTENTION: You will need to uninstall the currently installed version before continuing with this installation. A condition has been imposed for this due to problems reported by some users.

ATTENTION: Before installing this modified driver, be sure to remove any and all residues from previous Realtek audio drivers or even if there are residues from previous versions of my mods, if they persist. For this you will need the DriverStoreExplorer (by @lostindark). Remove any drivers whose vendor is "Realtek", "A-Volute", "Dolby", "DTS", "Creative", "AAF Optimus", etc in the Sound, Video and Game Controllers, Extensions, Software Components and Audio Processing Objects categories.

Those who want only Realtek material, just choose the panel option (HDA or UAD) and deselect the rest.

CLARIFICATION: Due to some accusations against me for allegedly including types of viruses or including fraudulent codes for data collection, cryptocurrency mining and other purposes, from now on, when the installation of the packages is finished, a copy of the original script in text file format on Desktop. In this file, the user will have full knowledge of the procedures that I have included in the installer.

Ok peeps in order for it to be easier on us and you when asking for help it would be really great if you could fill in the system specs part of your profiles that way we know what hardware you have and don't have to keep asking time and time again what hardware do you have in your system so we can try to help you with problems you may have. It only take a few minutes to do but saves a whole lot of time for both you and anyone trying to help you

Thank you

Hi Alan, when i use VLC to play mp3, no sound sometimes.

My motherboard alc897 DTS Interactive\Dolby Digital not working
Same problem....and i solved it yesterday(only dolby digital...)
(Realtek ALC1200)

I'm using S PDIF optical output connected...

follow Next steps....
1. Disable network -> to prevent auto driver installing
2. clean Audio Driver
3. reboot
4. check sound SPDIF driver from Microsoft Windows
5. Set SPDIF to default audio output -> IMPORTANT!!!! (...must sound activated...)
6. Disable or Delete NVidia HDMI Audio Device...
7. install AAF Optimus Driver -> option: Set Just Dobly...not DTS/Dolby.... -> IMPORTANT!!!
8. On Reboot Popup, cancle to reboot, and Check .....Dolby Digital Selectable in Sound Setting...
9. Reboot
10. Install App from downloaded file - unzip exe... (Realtek Audio Console, Dolby Atmos For Gaming)
11. Enjoy it...

I successed Only Dolby Digital 5.1ch.....

There is no support for S/PDIF as none of the outputs are Digital configurable so it's all analogue all the time and 7.1 setups require you to use the two front panel ports aswell

Yeah man. Read all the conversation

Can you use your phone and share a picture of how you actually connected that to a H510?

I think some people is trying to talk trash about your driver. Telling it contains virus, telling to doesn't work. What are they up to ?

Oh the above wasn't for you. Apparently you can't post quotes two times in a raw.
In your case, the connections seems fine but don't pay attention to what the control panel says. The driver may be reported as installed, but not loaded. And that will make multi-channel outputs not to trigger. So you'll be looking at a dummy selectable options that have no real impact. I'll recommend you to unpack Alan's driver using 7-z or winrar with .exe file extension added and manually enroll the certificates on the system. That will give you confidence they are actually confirmed as installed. However it would be better if you do a clean install just to make sure there are no conflicts. You can use Driver Store Explorer to achieve that task. But use the uninstaller of Alan's driver present in the control panel > Uninstall programs. If nothing works, you can still enroll the certificates in UEFI

Yes, the driver works on stereo up to multi channels . However keep in mind not all features are designed for speakers. And for some others, would me no difference on headphones. So you can install all the components in the driver but not all work at the same time

I have a Chinese miniPC box.
The audio drivers don't get pulled automatically from Windows updates. To get the audio to work, I install intel SST drivers and then Realtek drivers that are provided by the manufacturers. If I install one of the two, nothing works.
I tried installing the soundblaster drivers from here but I'm getting this error "The current selected audio device is disabled, not present, not supported by the application, or has unplugged jack connections".
I tried installing this without intel SST, I tried installing it after the intel SST, I tried installing it after the Realtek drivers, always the same output.

I'm not sure if this is fixable to be honest. I tried doing the /RegisterSKU but I just got more errors.
This is on a fresh copy of windows.
This also works after installing the intel SST drivers https://www.station-drivers.com/index.php/en/component/remository/func-startdown/5263/lang,en-gb/

It says that I have ALC269

It's as if the drivers I got from here aren't actually installing drivers. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, I'm not sure anymore.

Yes it works. I had one of those in my hands a few weeks ago. It featured ALC898 audio chip. Intel SST is recommended but not mandatory . What is mandatory is to fully disable driver signature enforcement and secure boot. The second one in BIOS; the first through a command ( bcdedit /set nointegritychecks on ) . some pre-installed WIndows versions are locked not to allow disabling driver signatuer enforcement. In thayt case, you can't do much
