I am getting pissed with my free keyboard and my $10 mouse, so I need a new combo.

What are the better gaming mice and keyboards? I would prefer it to be less than $50 each. Fire away.

idk razor copperhead....saitek eclipse.....

Yeah, I was looking at the copperhead, it seems nice.

Razer Diamondback i my self did not like the buttons on the copperhead. As for a keyboard i use a old Compac KB-9965 very solid keyboard with a fang keypad but that costs more.

The issue i had with the copperhead was sticking buttons and when i pressed the buttons the mouse would lift up of the mouse mat

my copperhead works real nice i have no complaints my buddys had real big probs with it (i bought it frmo them) they said like it wouldnt work or shut off...i plugged it in installed the drivers and iv never had a prob.

Really liking the looks of the Daimondback.

Get the saitek eclipse II, I love mine looks gr8!

Yeah, I think I played on a saitek at quakecon, i was very impressed, but dead broke at the time.

im using what i said above an eclipse 1 and a copperhead the eclipse is awsome buttons are amazing smooth stroke really sensative keys turn black when the light is off. amazing.

I love my g15-mx518 combo. I was thinking about selling it, but decided not to.

I looked at the G15, but I like the looks of the saitek better.

Also the g15/g11 will take up alot of space so if your using a keyboard tray you most likey wont have space for your mouse with one.

I luckly have a massive keyboard tray :P, some people use thier desktop but I like having my keyboard and mouse lower.

I have been thinking of this.

I have had the non-illuminated one for about 6-7 months. What do i have to say about it, well I don't use the special buttons. But when people come over they do.

I do have to say tho, one of the best, if not the best keyboard I have ever owned. What's so good about it, well the regular keys feel great still to this day. Plus if you need to hold down 5 buttons at one time in a game you can. I have never ever been stopped by another to many key lock up. The other thing is that I have spilled coke, ashes, Windex, food. You think of what could of happen in a over used space. It still works like day one.

I have been thru a lot of keyboard. The year before I would of liked to of called the year of the keyboards for me.

Mice:

Deathadder
Lachesis
Old Copperhead
G5 *Note: The 'tilting' mouse wheel, is not as good as it sounds. It's very flakey, and often will register as a mouse 3 button click, rather than what it's supposed to.

Keyboard:

Anything. Instead of buying a gimmick infested keyboard, just use a standard keyboard with a standalone gaming board/pad, like the ones from Ideazon or PC Case.

Zfang: http://www.xsreviews.co.uk/reviews/peripherals/ideazon-zboard-fang-gaming-board/
WolfClaw : http://www.xsreviews.co.uk/reviews/peripherals/wolfclaw-devour-game-board/

A good quality and responsive mouse with additional buttons, combined with a standalone pad is comfortable, enjoyable and deadly.

I have the Saitek Eclipse II and a Death Adder. Both are to my liking. The keys on the eclipse have a very nice response and feel and the Death Adder feels like butter. It has really improved my accuracy and response time.

i just recently ordered a g15 keyboard from zipzoomfly for $34.99, it was $64.99 but when i added it to my cart there was another item in there called $30 off + free shipping...and i had no idea where it came from, first time ordering from them too...so obviously i didnt stick around to ask questions and quickly ordered it.

ORDER CONTENT:
1 x (211159) Logitech G15 Gaming Keyboard Retail ***Free Shipping*** @ $64.99

1 x (INSTANTREBATE30) $30 Instant Rebate ***Free Shipping*** @ -$30.00

so im getting the logitech g15 + i think a logitech g9 for the mouse
i had a copperhead but gave it to my brother, i didnt like the feel of the rubber on the side of the mouse, kind of sticky and feels like u can peel it

Try Logitech G11 and OCZ EQUALIZER LASER GAMING MOUSE

I have the Logitech MX 3200 wireless set which is a keyboard and mouse. Not designed specifically for gaming, but they work very well for it as well as regular use. Keyboard batteries have lasted me about a year, and mouse batteries last a few months.
