Rx 570 randomly crash

I bought sapphire rx570 4gb, but the card crash randomly. Under load it will crash for sure, but on idle it will crash after some time.
I try to reinstall drivers, ddu and install another, tried to downclock-the same problem occurs.
Then I flash a vbios because card was flashed with other vbios(I tried all tests again-and nothing change)
Psu is not a problem because I tested it with rx580 sapphire and full load. Tried on other pc but it do the same. So i think it can be a hardware problem, or memory. First question is how I can test memory on windows 10? I only found some linux based programs for that test.
And second, if it hardware problem, what to check, I tried to measure voltages and resistance but all is good, all fuses ok.. Memory has around 33Ω which seems to be ok. Pads is ok without liquid. Please help

Sounds like a classic bad card. (crashes under load)

1340/1750 on ram

Did you buy it used? Can we get a pic of 1 ram chip info?

How about a GPU-Z screenshot too.

Memory is elpida but I cant remember the code,
here is a screenshoot
Im runing core at 1000Mhz and memory 1400Mhz to avoid crash, and working fine, without load.

Without limiting power and freq it will crash randomly after start or after some time. The card is used and maybe for mining because it has dust.
Now card is clean, and I have all connectors on it(6+8 pin) and picture is showing from hdmi.
But I have one question, because it is used card, how I can see if it is a nitro + version?
Because all bioses are the same or similar.. The card has nitro cover, and looking like my 580 nitro+.
Card was opened but no work on board,it has originaly thermal paste and pads so I think somebody open it to look if can fix it but I cant see any solder work or something strange on the board.

The sticker and bios dont lie

Also the pulse heatsink is different

These are 2 official bios for your card.

Unverified bios

You have to make sure elpida is in the details of the bios files.

Also since lowering the ram clock speed gave you stability, it tells me the ram or the ram vrm are damaged from mining abuse since the card is used.

They dont lie but if cover is changed, then the card can looking like nitro.
I have fets for memory vrm ,but it looks fine (33Ω) and memory has a good voltage on idle(I must test it under load),
Now the card is working but If I play video(YT) fullscreen then the same problem appears.
Bios is https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/191336/sapphire-rx570-4096-170323 and I will upload the bios that was when I bought card.I think it can be memory but I dont have artifacts or something similar, just black screen and restart after load.

Have you tried switching to the 2nd bios? My Sapphire Nitro+ RX 570 (8GB) has dual bios, with a switch to switch between. Pretty sure the 4GB has it too. Switch towards the direction of the back of the case is the default bios position.

Yes, I did but it is worse. After startup restart. Now Im running OCCT to test, but it crash on every try( 3D at 1%, and memory 10%) so I must open it again to see if all voltages are stable.
