Share your AIDA 64 cache and memory benchmark here

If you leave all of your subtimings on auto, or your xmp has a weak profile, you will have a hard time. Also, if your fclk/mclk clock is not stable it will also work against you.

All of my settings are stable I just have a cheap 4000mhz cl18 kit I've tried Dram calculator but that didn't work with the safe preset.

Did you try lowering just TRFC -- subtimings can sometimes do more than primaries. I don't think AMD exposes TREFI afaik, but that setting can give some massive results if available.

Otherwise the TFAW, TRRDL, TRRDS - TFAW being 4x the lowest TRRD also gives a nice shave to the latency. That kit could be stable with something like 20 TFAW, 6 TRRDL, 5 TRRDS if 16, 6, 4 doesn't work.

I've tried changing the trfc every time i try the system wont boot. But in zen timings it says 700 but in the bios it says 312.

thanks those sub timings helped a little.

Question regarding AIDA64 memory benchmark for Ryzen 7000.
Sometimes the results seem impossible according to the CPU arcitecture (see below). Anyone have any insight into this? TIA!

It's just AIDA being buggy

Old 4gen workstation. Cpu is stock clocks, no turbo hack...yet

Attaboy, make it pop :)

Can anyone link me what a 2x16 DR 3200 cl14-14-14-34 kit gets on a 5800x/5600x via XMP? I have a friend that seems to have a subpar IMC.

I need a point of reference.. Hes getting 72ns latency on a clean SSD with no programs running. Something is off. Should be sub 65ns IIRC.

$80 single rank CJR sticks left at auto. Except the bump from 3200 to 3600. I expected worse. The timings are awful.

67200MB/s max memory throughput (that's based on math from 4200MHz effective, 128-bit bus and dividing by 8 to get bytes instead of bits).
AIDA64 scores : 70781MB/s read, 65559MB/s write and 71049MB/s of memory copy speed :D
