Info.png

Air cooling: SilentiumPC Spartan 5 (with its' Pactum PT-3 thermal paste pre-applied) and a front-mounted 120 mm Deepcool (came with the case) static pressure fan that blows over MB's VRMs. Below the 120 mm cooler I have a 140 mm high airflow fan from Arctic Cooling: the F14. That's it - I don't have fans mounted in the back. System is very quiet and runs at fairly low temperatures (below 75C).

17.01.64 benchmark has weird behavior. If i set 1 thread it actually loads 2 threads. It makes single thread results lower than it should be. The new one (19.01.64) works fine. There are few screenshots for example:

Could you check that issue on your PC?

Seems running a little cooler in the winter room and a UEFI/BIOS update my multi-thread score is improved from last time (I totally forgot I posted here before)

I just upgraded to an i9-13900K.

I've been tracking my past upgrades:
i7-10700K (at 5ghz) = 607/6123 - https://valid.x86.fr/annykn
i9-10850K (at 4.9ghz) = 621/7542 - https://valid.x86.fr/pu4dxb
i9-12900K (at 5.1ghz) = 860/12079 - https://valid.x86.fr/7jzztl
i9-13900K (at 5.5ghz) = 925/17025 - https://valid.x86.fr/qibp17

**EDITS:
  • The above i9-13900K score was after a fresh Windows 11 install.
  • The first picture below is another fresh Windows 11 install, without a network connection. Driver install and CPU-Z only. No "check for updates" installed yet. (914.2/17046.8)
  • The bottom picture is after all updates were installed. 900.3/17000.2, obviously with some fluctuation.
