Hi.
I've been trying to record some important Skype videocalls with VodBurner free edition. The recording part seems to work fine. My problem is with the post-production: the VodBurner editor does not include the other side's visuals when it's compiling the file, just the audio.
In the folder where the recorded data is stored, i can see the file for other side's video is there.
Has anyone got experience with something similar?
What could be the cause for this and what should i be looking for to solve it (or prevent in the future)?
(Skype version is 4.2.0.187 and VodBurner's is 1.0.3.89 - on both sides.)
