So has Dell prevented undervolting on their BIOS updates since around 2020? Any workaround?

Playing around my Dell XPS 13 9360, which I bought in late 2017. Has the latest BIOS update. Throttlestop is grayed out in FIVR in the CPU section. Did a Google and seems Dell eliminated undervolting in 2020 on their BIOS updates. Already read something about Intel locking their CPUs from 10-Gen and up.

Not surprisingly, Dell also disallowed rolling back the BIOS around the same time. Some people say to reset your BIOS. Some say will only work if you flash back to a BIOS which allowed undervolting.

Any updates as of 2022?

I'm still on Windows 10, BTW.
