"Realistic Mining simulator with custom builds mechanics! A lot of GPUs, CPUs, Motherboards, RAMs, SSDs, PSUs and more! Build your dream farm with 1000+ GPUs!"

The mining craze has gone too mainstream, they are making games about it now.

Maybe I'll give a try after I'm done binge watching this series

This isn't even the first game about it...

It's menial work, it isn't fun game material.

PC building simulator, now crypto mining simulator...

PC Building Simulator is not even close to the most awkward sims. The stuff goes all the way from Hobo Simulator to Streamer Life Simulator to Shower with you know who simulator...

I was always dissapointed in the lack of goat realism in goat simulator...

And the lack of Frog Simulator...

Oh I was just sticking to computer based ones. The amount of simulator games is getting silly.

We need to go deeper. Simulator game simulator.

Well after the Rock/Stone simulator I'm not surprised anymore.

That PC build sim is not that bad actually, my bro played it at some point for the lolz.

Oh god. Now a simulator on how to mine. Can we so at least get a how to make crypto crash forever simulator as well...

Can I pay for it using crypto

Well, I guess if you can't mine crypto-currency, you can always at least pretend to.
I think they're just being tossers making a game like that. If they had any talent and really wanted to make it an interesting simulator, they should also include the mechanics/features of creating crypto-currency, chasing down CEOs that run off with the money, etc. Kind of like a business/economy simulator.

What would be truly ironic is if the game was mining crypto for the creator while the user is pretend mining crypto.

There's an FPS game which actually does that.

I find that fairly hard to believe given the gpu load, unless it's 2d or something...

I forgot the name of the title but it's a Quake-like FPS where you shoot a crapload of bugs and stuff, with lots of different guns. It's all looking dandy but on the background, the game is actually a mining software at the same time.

Again without a real citation I'm skeptical. No offense. This is the age of social media and "I forgot but heard of this thing" doesn't pass anymore.

EDIT: You may be referring to this game which has been banned for years now:

It also doesn't "mine while you game" but installs included malware.

It was all over the place on Steam, there were lots of reviews of the game being a BTC miner, people found it out over the resources the game used. I just can't recall the name of it.
