I do a lot of wedding DVDs ,so I have to process the pictures and make changes if needed. My question is would a SSD last as long as a HD,when I'm done processing the DVD all the files are deleted of of the drive. Looking at these two drives, need something reliable, just don't know if one drive would out last the other with all these writes. Here are the drives I'm looking at.
WD Black 500GB Performance Desktop Hard Disk Drive - 7200 RPM SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5 Inch - WD5003AZEX
Samsung 850 EVO 500GB 2.5-Inch SATA III Internal SSD (MZ-75E500B/AM)
