TechPowerUp introduced version 0.4.7 of GPU-Z, our lightweight graphics sub-system information and monitoring utility. GPU-Z provides you with detailed tech-specs of your installed graphics processors, and lets you monitor clock speeds, voltages, temperatures and fan speeds. This month's release improves detection for upcoming GPUs, adds support for new ones, improves stability, and corrects some minor bugs. To begin with, detection for the upcoming AMD Radeon HD 6800 series products has been improved to be most reliable and accurate with the products' launch approaching. Support has been added for GeForce GT 430, GT 420 desktop GPUs, and an important kernel driver related issue has been fixed.
