seems like u need a higher airflow case with a lot better fans.......... but that ambient room temp is quite hi so that seems about right im really surprised it isnt worse than that

Well the problem is this is an oem Fujitsu case(yes, an upgraded office PC) specifically the esprimo p910 so I really can't do anything about airflow.
I tried ziptying 1 80mm fan to the back and I can wedge another one in the front (80mm).

whenver or if u do get to build a new pc just message me i can show you some really good hi flow cases and nice power supplies ..... and yes a shitty psu will make things run warmer sometimes

but it wont matter anyways if u cant get your room temp down.... honestly 91 f is roasting my balls would be sweating

They're all hot, and right on the edge of when those devices lose performance due to thermal throttling.
if you need the side panel off and it STILL got that hot, it implies the thermal paste is no good.

Make sure they've got a good application of new thermal paste, clean dust out of heatsinks and fans and make sure your case airflow actually flows, front to back and bottom to top
These are not high wattage parts, they shouldn't get that hot. 3770's could run as low as 50c on basic cooling at full load.

post a photo of the system, without that desk fan in the way. Using that just proves somethings wrong, and you're forcing dust into the heatsinks bypassing the cases filters.

If your cases layout is similar to the the 910-L then you can add a front and rear fan

If your ambient was 25, all other temps would be fine.
May be you should start cooling yourself first before your PC

Temps are as expected with that ambient temp. Should be able to get rid of the desk fan if you have a case with improved air flow and more fans. New thermal paste/pads might help a couple degrees. I would be surprised if you can find more than a few degrees better cooling performance.

I did repaste the CPU and GPU with the arctic mx5, issue still exists :(

Yes that's my case I added an 80mm delta fan(for airflow obviously) as an exhaust in the back and a deepcool rf 120 from the front, (the stock fan was either useless below 1800 rpm or too loud over that)

With that ambient, your temps are great

But your case is cramped, the airflow setup is terrible, and you need to do cable management, you need to improve on that

See if you can turn over the CPU cooler 90 degrees so the hot air gets blown out straight of the back of the PC.

I'll try to but keep in mind that there's almost no place for cable management

I can turn it but I'll have to place a piece (between the CPU heatsink and GPU) of paper to prevent the shortage but it doesn't seem righto_O

I'll post a better one later and btw it's upside down since the PSU doesn't lineup with the case
Also the CPU cooler is horizontal since I'm running the gpu in the upper pcie slot (pcie 3.0)
If I do make it vertical it'll short with the gpu
Place the PSU out of the case and change the front/back panel fan with something bigger like 14cm or 20cm.
Bigger fans make less noise and blow more air.

It's counter intuitive, but in fact the smaller the fan the more noise it makes and yields less airflow.

Just as a laptop has its power brick outside of its body, you can have your PSU outside the case box.
I can turn it but I'll have to place a piece (between the CPU heatsink and GPU) of paper to prevent the shortage but it doesn't seem righto_O
Why? Doesn't turning the cpu fan make the gpu and cpu further away? (Oh I see, 90° :D understood)
Is there piece of paper between your gpu and hard disk? .... Place the hard disk outside of case too. You can get a cheap hdd bracket and put your hdd on top of the case (on the roof not the below the ceiling)

So to get better airflow, it would be buying a bigger case, bigger fans, and perhaps AIO cooler for cpu. But to spend less you can try placing psu and hdd outside of case and get a 14cm fan.

In your scenario, both cpu and gpu are trying to suck air from vacuum. They're competing for air that doesn't exist.

Oh, the legend of 90°
Your psu and cpu are also vacuuming the air.
Buying a bigger case is the official FIFA solution.
By placing psu outside the case you can reduce air sucking competition and deliver more from front/back by using bigger intake/exhaust fans.

Although your temps would be fine if ambient was standard, nevertheless you have the most unfit type of cpu cooler for this tangled case.

freedom GIF

Let's look at it this way: you don't have a small case, you have a fat mini PC. And your temps are better than all laptops. So cheers :toast:

Lots of cable ties and some smart cable placement does wonders, even if they can't be hidden, they can be put aside to minimize obstruction :D

Another option is to flip your fans to exhaust. Negative pressure works pretty well with high ambients ime

Let's look at it this way: you don't have a small case, you have a fat mini PC. And your temps are better than all laptops. So cheers :toast:
I can't mount a 140mm fan
Case width is 138mm
And I can mount a 120mm aio max

I had to rotate that image to make sense of what i was seeing

Whats with the giant metal shield blocking all front air intake to the GPU and CPU? That's going to force any intake air down into the hard drive(s)
We cant see how those fans are oriented, or if they're obstructed - a better angle would help a lot

remember that intakes and exhausts do nothing with the side panel off, they just suck outside air outside - it has to be enclosed to guide it over components
Tidy up loose cables, those cases have mounting places for them. Excess cables can be stuffed into an unused DVD or floppy bay and tied there.
You may have places to put them you're simply unaware of, that we can explain with a better image

I'm pretty sure you have that SATA HDD In backwards, the cases like that i've seen the power and SATA cables go at the rear of the drive - and thats why you have the cables in the way
