I do not own or have access to a 275HX or anything similar for testing purposes. If ThrottleStop is causing any problems in specific games then you will have to use Intel XTU instead.
If you would prefer using ThrottleStop, make sure Intel XTU is uninstalled from your computer. Check the Task Manager to make sure it is 100% uninstalled and the XTUService.exe is not still running in the background. Even if you do not have Intel XTU installed, some manufacturer's software will still have XTUService.exe running in the background. XTU and ThrottleStop both writing different values to the same voltage control registers has the potential to cause trouble.
If you are still having problems with ThrottleStop, show me your settings. Include screenshots of the main window, the FIVR and TPL windows, the V/F Point window and the Per Core window. Maybe I will see something in your settings that can be changed.
