ThrottleStop keeps pc from shutting down :(

Hey guys ..

Throttlestop is keeping my pc (windows) from shutting down.

When i try to shut down, windows says....
This program is keeping the pc from shutting down.

is there any way to prevent that?
will hate to force shutdown or to manually close throttlestop

I understand is not what want to hear; close the program software before exiting windows [this is good practice for all]

I am not sure why this happens. At the moment, none of my computers have this problem but it has happened to me before. After a Windows 10 update, this problem went away and for me, it has not returned. When I had this problem, it was only happening on one of my several computers. That makes it difficult to track a bug like this down.

In the Options window, if you are using the Minimize on Close feature, try disabling that feature. If you are not using that feature, try using it. This is just a wild guess at what this problem might be related to.
