ThrottleStop Stopped Working

why the throttlestop on my laptop suddenly becomes not working?


and after that there is one file that can not be deleted, "WinRing0x64.sys"

Either your version of Windows 10 is blocking ThrottleStop from running or the antivirus program you are using is blocking ThrottleStop.

I am using Avast antivirus and the latest version of Windows, Version 1709 Build 16299.15 and ThrottleStop starts up and works correctly.

updated to Version 1709 Build 16299.15 and it's works. thanks
