To unlock the locked factory-setting AGP

Heyaa guys... i have an AGP which factory settings is locked. Is it possible to unlock them? Do you know where can i get the software to unlock my agp?

use atitool, http://www.techpowerup.com/atitool/ install it then go to settings then miscellaneous. then theres a tab to "remove redeon 9000/9200/9550/9600 lock"
