No way am i gonna stop taking this along filed with fbi. Paypal wont do anything coz he took the money out real fast but did rule in my favor that helps alot

. He scammed me on a 4850 and i aint giving up till I get my money back. Talked to Detective West also. I got some other info on him too if you guys want it Erocker said i cant post it here but be glad to send it to all that want it.

And to maudio3... Might as well come clean and give us our money back or the items we paid for. Unless you like the California State Prison System. Most of us that were ripped off want some justice and I for one will not quit untill justice is served.

No one should stop making sure they get the guy. He may of had only a few of those items and found a picture that resembled what the few things he did have.. Thinking he could scam a few thousand threw it all.. You can't even trust date stamps anymore... anyone can change the date of it.. It's a crazy world we live in.

But, for one to say, like he has in another thread, that you are stupid for doing it... No one is stupid for doing something like this.. You can't just never know who you are dealing with.. Even if it's a big company...

Wish the best for everyone, and I've been scammed by Dell, and Amazon... So, I feel hard for ya all!

We can get the FBI to subpoena his ISP to link everything for the case together.

Everybody who has been scammed needs to contact the FBI so they can go ahead and pull this together and file the charges.

If any of you remember or can find and list the direct line to the unit or person in charge of the case it would be helpful for those who have not filed yet.

My Bank wouldn 't do much since, it was funded from my Bank Acc. which is linked to my PP. They would have done something if it was trough Debit/Credit Card I guess. So they told me to wait for the PayPal decision, till then theres nothing they can do. IC3 complaint filed with all the info provided in this thread about him. Also provided IC3 with his IP, aliases, everything basically

. No response from them yet. Guess I'll just have to wait for the PP dispute, to see how it ends.

As you can see from the pics thats the glue that held the plastic on. I'm not going to test until thurs. when I get a gpu block. So I don't know if its actually working. It was in a static bag basically thrown in a brown box in some peanuts. I have fingerprints though imprinted in glue. Anyone want them lol?

Paypal dispute has slightly changed things...as I said I was told I was getting my speakers shipped last week from Maudio. PP has returned his info and now I have a UPS tracking# that shows it just got billed today and has yet to confirm a shipping destination!

Seems something may be comming in a 15 pound box, lets just hope it isnt a box or rocks/broken speakers!

Videotape the box opening process for evidence in the court should it not turn out to be what was promised.

Could be a horses head etc. Make sure the video shows the address label clearly before the opening process and that it was unopened prior to the taping aswell. It will be a a speedy ruling in court with that overwhelming evidence, I assure you.

How so? The defense could just claim the plaintiff planted the evidence by making the package himself.
