My thoughts are to reach out to them if you haven't.

https://www.goodoffer24.com/sales/guest/form/

If you created an account, then sign-in and contact them based on that order. If you don't get a response in 24 hours, then let's revisit this thread IMHO.

If you did contact them after the sale and haven't seen anything in response, it would make more sense to see this thread and also would be good information to know what effort you've put in to try and get something out of them. Which would be an experience others would benefit from on dealing with their customer service dept. Did you give them that chance?

If TPU had a deal on Newegg or Amazon using a code to save you some bucks, but your item never shipped would you create a thread here first? I hope not. ;)

I will contact them now. I will revisit this thread if I have anymore issues with them, thanks

g2a or cdkeys (I Can't remember which) do this with some PP payments, I had it happen to me recently, as do a lot of online retailors, (I have had to cancel orders from dabs in the past because of this, not sure if it's to do with PP unverified addresses or W/E) could well be they somehow forgot to follow up on it, though just email them again, it's not a big issue at this juncture...

@remixedcat here is a copy of the email they sent, I can also share screenshot... do you think it is anything I should worry about?

"
In order to ensure the greatest possible security for you in our shop, your order is currently undergoing a security check by our ordering system. Due to this, there may be delays in receiving your order.

The reason for this security check is quickly explained: Unfortunately, it happens again and again that credit card information or Paypal accounts are stolen. The stolen data is then used to make unauthorized purchases.

As we care deeply about the safety of our customers, incoming orders go through a security check. In rare cases, we also ask our customers to send us a telephone number to confirm their order quickly by phone.

Of course, your data will only be requested for the above mentioned purpose and will under no circumstances be disclosed to third parties or used for advertising purposes. We also protect your data against unauthorized access.

We hope you understand our wish to provide you with the highest level of security and apologize for any waiting times caused by this.

If you have further questions about security or the status of your order, our customer service will be happy to assist you. "

The context is that they're an etailer, you're a customer. That doesn't really change...sure I get the size and scope of the company...but the process for not getting what you paid for doesn't change. I've had stuff not ship or gotten the wrong parts from Amazon Prime and Newegg Business and had to contact them to make it right (they did).

Scrolling to the bottom of the page on GoodOffer24 is pretty easy and shows a Contact Us and Orders and Returns section, like many other etailers do. Not sure what the trouble is with finding that or using it is?

Give them a chance to make it right, not every seller is going to give the Amazon or Newegg experience, but that doesn't change the fact if they made a mistake you should let them know so they can attempt to make it right. If you buy something from them and they don't deliver, how do you hold TPU accountable without validating anything else with them? Please put forth that much effort before making a thread in the future please. It's common sense as far as I'm concerned.

Should they not respond or not fulfill the request after your attempts to contact them, we want to know ASAP. Because at that point they've crossed a line that TPU cannot tolerate.

Thread closed until further notice, @lynx29 should you need this thread re-opened, please let me know! (report OP or PM me) :toast:
