What's the rule did I break ? :confused:

* Only registered members of TPU are eligible.
* TechPowerUp Staff and Moderators will be allowed to participate
* The contest is not limited to any geographic region.
* Up to three submissions per user
* You may submit entries as replies in this thread or via email to w1zzard@techpowerup.com
* The winner will be contacted after the pre-defined date to post is over. As winner, only your nickname and design will be released to the public.
* Winner will not be responsible for shipping fees.
* All artwork must be original and the property of the person submitting. All submitted entries become the property of HIS. HIS reserves the right to request proof of originality of artwork. Entries may be denied if substantiation cannot be proven.
* All submitted designs will be made available for public viewing after the contest is over.
* TechPowerUp! shall not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by you or any other participant entering the Competition or as a result of accepting any prize. TechPowerUp! is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telecommunications network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the competition. TechPowerUp! also reserves the right to change or amend the rules if necessary.

Yes. Plus its unfair to participate with multiple accounts towards those who are honest participants. Now go to your room and think about what you have done.

it is true there was no rule posted about multiple accounts so it technically isn't against hte rules. The whole pictures and stuff, even if it isn't illegal, it was still posted that it must all be your work, no copied photo, designs or anything.

It is basic TPU rules, no member should have multiple accounts. Most multiple account holders get their accounts banned, which also removes the post from normal members sight.

You all should just hope you arent instantly disqualified for not knowing how to read when you were creating the accounts or looking at the hosting forums rules. Good Luck to those who couldnt read!

there is a forum rule, that multiple accoutns are not allowed and result in all accounts being banned.

However, things like that depend on higher up mods than me or sneeky.
 
how many designs did that user (person) submit in total ? up to 5 is fine. multiple accounts still violates forum rules, why take the chance to get banned when you could have submitted as one?
 
do i have to post the full sized designs? because i resized them before uploading :toast:

For the purpose of the review, smaller versions are ok (72dpi - 96dpi), but in case you'll win the grand prize, you'll need print-ready 150dpi - 300dpi versions of your designs.
 
simple answer to that one: if you win, do you REALLY want a printed copy of a blurry JPEG? send them a 10MB uber high DPI monster, so that the card looks its best when you get it :)

dont post your highest quality ones, as you'll need those for proof the design was yours, should someone claim you stole their ideas/work/etc.

Looks like a possibility of 9 total submissions from one user to me.
 
if they wanted people to have unlimited submissions, they would never have placed a limit per user in the first place.
