Hi all,

I'm having an issue with my Dell G3 3590 and ThrottleStop. My setundervolting offsets are not applying to my laptop at all. I've attached pictures of my setup here. I have adjusted the CPU core and cache to the same offset values as well.

Desperate for some help here....

Thread here for the same laptop:

Many larger Dell laptops and ultrabooks are being patched through BIOS updates for the Plundervolt vulnerability. The fix completely breaks undervolting.

For the G3 3590, the BIOS in question is 1.9.2. You'll need to downgrade to 1.8.0 or earlier to have any chance of getting undervolting back.

To do this, you'll need to go into your BIOS and enable BIOS downgrade. May be under the Security section. This allows you to flash earlier BIOS versions placed on a USB stick. This may or may not succeed depending on whether your laptop already shipped with 1.9.2.

If it is successful, you need to go into BIOS and check Disable UEFI Capsule updates to prevent the 1.9.2 update from being pushed through Windows Update again without your knowledge.
