Undervolting not working (TS)

Hey all,
These are my Throttlestop settings, and it seems undervolting isn't taking effect (HWMonitor confirms this).
Also, SST is green without Speedshift being checked.
Anyone have any thoughts?

I have a Lenovo Ideapad S540.

Thanks, Ben

Set your iGPU Unslice to the same value as the iGPU.

If it's still showing as zero in the Offset pane, then your Bios may have updated and included microcode that locked out the ability to undervolt.
You may have to find an earlier bios version for the motherboard and revert to that.

Most computers enable Speed Shift in the BIOS before Windows starts. Once Speed Shift is enabled, it cannot be disabled while you are in Windows. If you do not want Speed Shift enabled, you will need a modified BIOS.

As @Caring1 mentioned, many laptops are disabling CPU voltage control. Intel came up with this fix last December and laptop manufacturers have been adding this fix to many BIOS updates.
