Nice card. Try undervolting it using msi afterburner.
Undervolting took my 4070 Ti Super from 290 Watts to 210 Watts at full load, so it would probably get you around 160 watts.
In main window of Afterburner:
-click on the lock to unlock the save profiles
-click on #1
-click on the check mark to save your default profile to #1.
Open curve editor:
-hold shift and drag all point down a bit so even at the right plateau area it is all under 2550MHz,
-click on the point that is at 0.950V and drag it up to 2550MHz
In main window of Afterburner:
-click the check arrow on the main window of MSI afterburner
in the curve editor:
-you will see all the points at 0.950V and above flat plateau to 2550MHz
In main window of Afterburner
-click on the #2 to save the profile to #2.
-click the check arrow to enable the profile.
-if you click the windows icon you can can save that to a profile and have it load when windows starts.
-click on the lock to once again lock the profiles from editing.

Edit heres a video:

If you are feeling lazy, you can click on the power limit in afterburner and just drag it to 75%, but this will reduce your performance a bit, whereas the method I have detailed above will increase performance.
