I'd actually like another L4D. But, not L4D2 in style. The series lost it's way after the first game. They need to return to the roots. The special infected added are fine, but the concept of no safe zone to survive horde waves...blech. I played L4D hours and hours in COOP till finally mastering Expert in every level. It wasn't easy then but possible if you put the time into it.

L4D2, haven't beaten one level on Expert. Not that I haven't put the time into it. The design concept is just opposed to what it takes to survive Expert. Flanking enemies, level design preventing ways to outlast hordes, and then unlimited spawning horde zones. Take that with players who don't want to put in the time to beat it, just a recipe for fail.

It'll likely be HL3. For too long that has been a joke. Valve has to make it right.
