Do you have all of your updates installed for Windows and CS:S and latest video drivers?
Yes, windows 7, css, gpu drivers are fully updated.
When I'm playing css it suddenly hangs up and then the black screen appears for 2 seconds and then it restores back to normal - i can continue playing it but after i exit the game memory controller load goes up to 100%. It only happens in this case. When the black screen doesnt appear during the gameplay, memory controller load is 0% after exiting the game. It's very weird. I have no issues with any other game.
