Im about half way through liberty I think, the games been a lot of fun.... The RPG aspects are really cool, its almost a new Deus ex game... in its current state. It could do with torchs being modded into the game, like a torch on guns and such.

*Having an issue coming back to the game with the gamma, or simply not worked out which night vision mod I need. Any advice please post!!!!!

There are some very tricky jump sequences in the Tomb Raider games and this one in TR I Colosseum took me about a dozen attempts.
It is doable though.

overwatch 2 for the last two weeks, usually not got the time to play anything else but apex legends but this season broke matchmaking.
overwatch still is a solid game, got about 1000 hours in it now. think my hours got carried over from original overwatch.

@kapone32 Last Epoch is a lot more Diablo & PoE than Syberia & Thaumaturge. I'm looking more for story with puzzles, and a pinch of combat than combat with a pinch of story. But thanks anyway.

It is small and more of a platformer but Raji might be right up your alley. It plays like that Darksiders Game that had a Diablo like Display.

Level 84 Bladedancer atm, started empowered timelines, and apparently I have more than enough damage for level 100 content with +60-100% enemy scaling on top. Okay. Game easy or build op?!

I also love that I get exposed to hidden gems, for example, the entire bottom row I had never heard of but honestly look interesting. Will def be giving some of those a go on my Steam Deck.

Once you learn to use Crafting you can become OP on some Maps. Try the End of Time Map and if you are not high enough prepare for 1 hit deaths

End of Time is the 'town' of the map system, not sure what you mean. I said I'm doing maps already... and yeah, some rare occasions do one hit me, but nothing too scary yet. Those telegraphed attacks can be avoided.

Been battling in Jedi Survivor still, now about to go into the final boss fight. I managed to beat the Fractured Malice Force Tear that has two Rancors too.

Yesterday though I tried to pick up where I left off with Ghostrunner 2, but the save file I had put aside wasn't working on the new rig, which may or may not have been due to the new build having W11 instead of 10.

So I spent the better part of yesterday getting back to the start of level 7, A Price to be Paid. I keep telling myself this is a level I should be able to do with no deaths, since most of the enemies you encounter are dealing with resistance forces, and you have Shadow to cloak yourself with. I think I'm getting closer to it, but there's two assault rifle guys on the same platform near the end that I need to get past.

Well, honestly my hardest dealing with a Rancor was only when I tried the one in Koboh early on when I was ill equipped to handle it. Once you get a fair bit of stims, skills, and perks though, they go down pretty quickly as long as you don't get swatted, or stomped too much, or especially grabbed. I found the perks helped a lot, especially the one that does extra blaster damage, and the one that makes the saber do extra damage after shooting them. Then Slow finishes them off well before they're dead. You def don't need the dark power you get for beating the game though, on Jedi Knight mode anyway.

Quite honestly it's the Frog Oggdo I'm far more worried about, especially the fight where you take on both the dad and his spawn. They move a lot faster than the Rancors, and you have to be good at dodging the tongue attacks even at a distance, and you can't cut it off like in Fallen Order.

The pair actually took me only about 30 sec longer.

You're right, i found the surprise rancor at the bottom of the mine early on more difficult aswell, for the reasons you mentioned.

After Image is the one that has me saying hmmm. My Daughter wants to play Black Skylands after she saw the video. Humble is my favourite place to support. I especially love that Indie studios are well supported. I would take this over Game Pass any day of the week. I especially appreciate it in the age of $100 Games. Dragon's Dogma 2 is a good example. At least Helldivers 2 bucked the trend.

I'll continue Doom 3 BFG on PS3 soon. Died last time when I had the first encounter with the damn spiders, and I forgot that shotgun sucks against them, the assault rifle is the way to go.

Levelling really slowed down bigtime, even with level 100 enemies. Dayum, the grind is on.
Meanwhile, I think I unlocked god tier damage by now. Too bad my HP (and dodge... and armor... ) is still so low, getting one shot left and right

I did see a 211k crit at some point, so I'm happy
Shift with shadow daggers, Shadows that Shadow Cascade... its wild the way you can stack triggered effects that cast abilities for you. They really nailed the 'knife throwing' setting with all those skills. It feels great to play around with, snappy, janky damage.

Check out that melee crit % Yellow numbers only for me.. There's so much room to improve the gear... but then there's finding the right base item to do it on.

EA finally brought Alpha Centauri to Steam. And it's on sale for $2.

(Yes, I have the GOG version, and have purchased multiple CD copies over the years... but I'm happy to throw two more dollars at it, for the Steam integration if nothing else. Gonna cross my fingers and hope for cloud saves.)
