Hey guys, so I just reformatted my pc and reinstalled Windows 10, and I also want to install 7 on my secondary hard drive. What is the best way to do this without having to reformat my whole system again and reinstalling both operating systems?

Thank you.

Just insert USB flash drive with win 7 iso mounted, go into BIOS, choose to launch from USB to install win 7 and choose the hard drive as install location (assuming that hard drive is empty that partition) and you wont mess with anything else... win 10 is on a separate drive? you should have no issues at all :)

Windows 7 and 10 hate each other, I had dual boot W7/10 and they just want to repair each other all the time which ends up screwing the install and then refuses to boot. You have to install W7 first I think then Windows 10, you cant do it the other way around. This was on 2 separate HDDs

I have a dual boot Win 7 and Win 10 on seperate SSD's and my MSI motherboard never gives me issues, MSI has a friendly BIOS though and specifically has a section for win 7 and win 10 dual boots :D
