What phone you use as your daily driver? And, a discussion of them.

As stupid as it may sound, everything on my iPhone 15 Pro just works. I don’t have to fight with it, it all just plain works. And I love it.

yeah that's why I want to switch.

That’s why I switched years ago and have never looked back. My first iPhone was the iPhone 6 Plus.

Android 14 has been messing up Netflix on me. very annoying.

No issues here , also no issues with netflix on my Galaxy S23, it just works and I don't have to fight with it and I love it. ;)

:D

You’re funny.

But...

But....

If it don't work, you're obviously holding it wrong, so your lawsuit will get tossed out faster than last weeks moldy cheese, hehehe :)

Are you on Android 14 though? cause I think that is where my issue is coming from, worked fine before the Android 14 update.

My S20 FE USB port is now dead as cable started burning.

So if my repairs don't work, I'll need a new phone lol

Galaxy S23

I agree!! :D ;)

same with ze s22. its a nice phone, nicer to hold, and nicer to look at than an iphone because superior display :D and Samsung really has done a lot of good work on the haptic feedback.

iphone's rear camera setup literally looks like the 3 burner setup i have in my kitchen stove.

should be easy to fix. also dont use shitty cables and chargers.

was the cable that came with the phone. Charger is a Sabrent, pretty solid brand.

There is no Aluminum on my phone, You like your phone for your reasons, you don't have to like mine. I came into this game fresh with no bias, I just naturally prefer them. Flagship stuff, not that mid range free range stuff
I just don't see how they're flagship besides Apple wanting you to believe that they are, that's all. :ohwell:

If you like it, that's awesome. I just don't see why I should. I don't see anything special.

I had a "flagship" Galaxy S6 once. Besides its glass back panel, it was the exact same thing as any other phone.

The only problem i have with iphones is no drag and drop, if they added that they would be killer. Had both and prefer the iphone as the os is simpler, not that i cannot use android, hacked, cracked and smacked it previously. I also like the dedicated music app on an iphone as music play is important to me. imo the stock android music app is pants so have to use power amp. The prices of decent phones now though is absurd and they are only doint it as they know there are enough must haves that switch phone every year so they get away with it.

poweramp is love. poweramp is life.

i have been using it for over a decade now. One of the best purchases in my life.

I have that. Bought it years ago. It is very cool, but not my goto media player. I use "Music Visualizer". While the newest versions are cool, I still prefer the 1.6.5 version.

The Samsung Galaxy A54s which, apart from the usual bloatware (facebook, AR crap, bixby) works great.

Cool story bro :)

This answer is just as elaborate and technical as any Apple fanboy's answer would be. Very sad on a tech forum.

Lol so now you are calling me a fanboy. And no, your answer was not what you thought it was. Enjoy your day Aus.

Yes I am! Really no issues! :)

Maybe try resetting your phone?
I'm still on 13(LineageOS 20.1) for both of my personal phones and 12(stock Nokia) for my business phone.

Wow! Come man, you're better than that. Freeagent is anything but a fanboy! He's actually one of the most impartial and objective staff members TPU has to offer. Let's be cool my friend.

Apart from differing cpu, most iphones are just clones of each other. All they really change is the CPU and cameras. Is any phone really worth £1500+ i don't think so.

I'm not calling you anything. I'm just saying that your reply isn't what I would expect on a tech forum.

(Hint: maybe a few reasons why you like iPhones, or why you consider them flagship products? Is it that hard to be constructive?)

I know he isn't. That's why I would expect a better answer from him. :)

Dude.. there are different iPhones, the ones with the exotic aluminum are the midrange ones. I do not buy those ones, I buy their flagship stuff. Everyone has flagship stuff that costs as much as iPhones. And why would you expect a better answer from me when you say something like oh I had this model and it looked like every other phone.

He's a free agent, not a contracted agent!

S20 FE 5G here (with Galaxy Watch 5 Pro)
But I'm looking for something smaller at the end of the year - may be S24.

I really really loved my old iPhone SE 1st gen (2016) :respect: (still alive)
