What should i get?a His or Asus 4850

OK i was looking at egg and i found the His4850 for $154 after rebate and the Asus4850 for $157 after rebate.
but the His4850 comes with free game Grid witch i want but Asus4850 comes with the smart doctor for the fan and Free Alone in the Dark game but i wont be playing that game. i don't know whats better in the long run and was wandering if i should flash bios of His4850 to Asus bios for smart doc and still get grid but i dont know how to flash bios and i don't know what i would need to do that plz help. thanks this is all going in my new build it has a

Get the HIS. It comes with a nifty flashlight/screwdriver/meter tool as well

I would say get the HIS, with new versions of RivaTuner and ATITool forth coming, fan control will be alot easier that using the fan fix or flashing the BIOS.

fan control shouldn't be an issue, though i don't own a HD 4870 though i'm getting one. but yea riva works fine for controlling my 8800GT's fan speed
