Whats the best timing (rams) for my board?

Bios setting is on auto. And I'm getting a max of 400mhz?

Its an Asus P5N7A-GM board with Gskill rams.

Board max at 800.
Ram max at 1066

Can I do 5-5-5-15? Or what do you recommend?

G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500)
Not sure why it's detected as a PC2 6400??? WTF

yes you can do 1066mhz 5,5,5,15 @2.1v according to cpu-z
you will have to manually set this in the bios

even though the mobo is rated at 800mhz?

it defaults to 800 since default voltage (1.8v) wouldnt work at 1066
