Atom Clover Trail devices running the Windows 10 Anniversary Update will now receive security updates until January 2023, which is when the extended support period for Windows 8.1 (the original OS for those devices) is set to end.

Fair enough. However with signed drivers from nVidia or Intel, one would expect to have at least decent functionality. All the games that were (are) running like champs on the Windows XP, are barely crawling on Win 10 with multiple artifacts. On the sound side, there is no longer a controller for the internal woofer, therefore all sounds coming from the laptop are pure crap. So I'm stick with WinXP where everything is running perfectly fine. No need other OS.
