Microsoft has released the BETA version of their Service Pack 3 for windows XP but not through their servers since it is just a Pre-Release beta.
Download it bellow but be sure to have an Torrent manager installed.

Actually i dont expect it to add something new but i do expect it to make windows xp more secure.

LOL this is great... SP3 is it going to be like SP4 for Windows 2000 pro, and go ahead and add a timer to my shutdown..........

It probably just includes all the hotfixes that came out post SP2 in one convenient package.
