Guys, after years of computer building i overclocked my first CPU.
My QX6700 is now running at 3.2Ghz and all i did was bump up the multi, i was so happy and surprised because supposedly my version of the 680i motherboards are incapable of overclocking quad cores so i was always scared to give it try. I decided to screw what they said after all these years and finally give it a try with my QX6700 and it booted into windows and i was so ecstatic. I still have yet to test it to see if its fully stable in game tho. But wow i just had a huge nerdgasm.
Heres a pic of it sitting at 3.19Ghz:
