XFX R9 380 wrong Bios flash

Taking into account the amount of work put into this problem already that there is a chance it could be the PSU, Furmark tends to draw a fair bit more power than gaming and looking at old reviews for the 380X they can take near 300w in Furmark, on a TPU review it showed 227w max in gaming .............. @Cuz29 ............. have you tried a game rather than Furmark to test stability?
ive tried on apex legends...

I would say idle temperature is a little high.
  1. Download vbios from https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/179471/179471
  2. Rename file 179471.rom to R9380X_4.rom
  3. Move or copy R9380X_4.rom to c:\atiflash_293
  4. Open cmd line as administrator and execute the following commands:
  5. cd c:\atiflash_293
  6. amdvbflash.exe -unlockrom 0
  7. amdvbflash.exe -f -p 0 R9380X_4.rom
  8. Reboot system
  9. Run DDU
  10. Install latest driver
installing the driver now

The GPU-Z screenshot makes it look like the card is working from a software perspective. Have you tried power limiting and/or undervolting the card before running furmark?
one moment before i start flashing i can run furmark with power limiting

Does the fan spin up? What happens if you put the gpu fan on 100% before starting furmark? Does it take more time before it crashes?

Do you have another pc which can be used for testing the card?

today in the morning furmark run properly
Shutdown your pc and try it again after some hours. I think it will run fine first when the system is cooled off. Could be vrm degradation or heat causing this.

I think your GPU is busted.

Before buying a new PSU. Tell us more about your system? Do you have upgrade plans?

Leaning towards power delivery/psu or something faulty on the pcb. Ya never know sometimes with electronics though o_O

Which GPU are you planning to get? What are the specs of the rest of your system?

wanna get the gtx 970

board: Gigabyte H97-HD3
i5 4460 3,2ghz
16Gb DDR3 Ram
Cooler Master g450m
1000gb Sata / 120ssd

Maybe it is also wise to consider the GTX 1060 or RX 570/580?

what do you recommend for my system?
RX 580. GTX 1060 only has either 3 or 6GB of video memory which is less than the RX 580

can faulty drivers shut down the system to?
Reboots or system hang. If it is a real driver issue, AMD would have removed the driver from their site and more people would have complained.
It likely the VRM of the graphics card which is dying.

the vram can not be fixed?

No, I didn't mean VRAM. I said Voltage Regulator Module.
Both parts (VRM and VRAM) can be replaced by an electronics engineer but it expensive. Replacing the whole card is cheaper.
